HCP will also have an Advisory Committee comprised of representatives of its largest Limited Partners. Together, the Board of Advisors and Advisory Committee will provide special advisory, review, reporting and integration advice to HCP, including the resolution of conflicts and approval of annual fund portfolio valuations.
